This hearty, "no-bean" chili is packed with protein from ground turkey and bacon, and infused with the nutritional benefits of beef bone broth. It features a rich, complex flavor profile enhanced by a touch of Guinness beer and cinnamon. Served alongside homemade cornbread, this meal is an excellent choice for meeting daily protein goals while enjoying a classic comfort food.

- 5-7 pieces of bacon
- Ground turkey
- Kettle & Fire Classic Beef Bone Broth
- Muir Glen Organic Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- Sprouts Double Concentrated Tomato Paste
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 2 white onions
- 1 can Guinness Draught Stout
- Better Than Bouillon Premium Roasted Garlic Base
- Toppings: Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, sliced jalapeños, and green onions
- Side: Homemade cornbread
- **Seasonings & Sauce:**
- Badia Ground Cumin
- Badia Cayenne
- Badia Chili Powder
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- All-purpose seasoning
- Paprika

Cook the bacon in a large pot on the stove until fully cooked; remove and drain on paper towels.

Chop the bell peppers and onions, then add them to the pot with the remaining bacon grease and sauté until softened.

Add the beef bone broth, tomato paste, fire-roasted tomatoes, and roasted garlic base to the pot; let the mixture simmer.

In a separate pan, cook the ground turkey, seasoning it with cumin, cayenne, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked turkey and the crumbled bacon back into the main chili pot.
