High protein low carb cabbage rolls

A creative twist on traditional cabbage rolls that swaps out rice for a protein-packed turkey filling. These "registered dietitian-approved" rolls are savory, slightly spicy, and wrapped in tender Napa cabbage leaves for a satisfying, low-carb dinner.
Ingredients
- Ground turkey
- Napa cabbage leaves
- Carrots (sliced)
- White onion (diced)
- Mushrooms (chopped)
- Eggs (to bind the filling)
- **Seasonings & Sauce:**
- Garlic (minced or paste)
- Sriracha
- Honey (optional, omit for strict low-carb)
- Soy sauce
- Garlic powder and onion powder
- Black pepper

1 Chop the onions, carrots, and mushrooms into small pieces.

2 Sauté the chopped vegetables in a skillet with olive oil until they begin to soften.

3 While the vegetables cook, blanch the Napa cabbage leaves in boiling water until they are pliable.
